MS3 Networks the new ISP Carrier for the new Hull based ISP’s have finally made the residential users ip addresses of type Residential.

Following several emails requesting them to make residential public facing IP addresses of type residential instead of business has paid off, following making several attempts to communicate with them and hearing nothing back I had to contact RIPE the issuers of the public facing IP addresses in Europe about the issue as I had several issues connecting to streaming services such as Disney+, Netflix etc.

Following my communication with RIPE they made contact with MS3 Networks to amend the IP type associated with residential connections and finally they did, I must give RIPE a shoutout as they did not have to communicate with the company on my behalf but they took this issue onboard for me that resulted in a satisfactory resolution.

I have no issues with the service that MS3 Networks provide, in fact I feel that this service is far superior to the service offered by there rival Kcom and if you have an issue where a engineer is required they are fast and professional at all times to rectify the issue (I had a filter fail at the pot of the pole).

I would recommend MS3 Networks to everyone in the Hull area over Kcom not just for the price they offer but the whole service.

I am currently awaiting Ripe Connect to activate my line and I will be giving a full review of there service and contact I have had with there company.
