The UK falls on the international corruption index.
Since the conservative party took power over a decade ago we have seen scandal after scandal and other related selling off of public services and this has reflected on the international corruption index scale, making the UK more corrupt than Hong Kong and Uruguay, things have to change in the political system to stop the Governments in the future been so corrupt and actually put the people and the UK before the politicians pockets.

The ranking is what we are looking at and the steady increase in corruption since the conservative political party took power.
What has been taking into account in the scoring?
- The current government still has no anti corruption policy or champion 15 months following the current prime minister been in office.
- A form of insider trading, the government offering PPE contracts to the conservative politicians and conservative lord’s during the COVID pandemic.
- The VIP lane created for the PPE contracts.
- A major donor for the conservative party was found to major money launderer, on an industrial scale.
- Concerns about the award of honours and peerages in return for substantial political donations and political loyalty.
What was NOT taken into account.
- Selling off Royal Mail despite making £30mil profit that year to conservative friends.
- Selling off SAR despite the MOD wanting to keep it for training their pilots and selling it to conservative friends.
- Privatization of schools, again to conservative friends.
- Party gate scandal, making laws and not following them also getting away with it.
There is a lot more to cover on these topics but list is too extensive to list here.
Nothing will change you say?
As a private citizen of the UK I agree that nothing will change to the political system or even deal with the corruption in the judicial system but in general, people in the UK protest about things and policies that the government does but these protests are generally ignored by the government as we have seen recently, they just do not listen to common sense or what the people want.
In the whole the political system within the UK needs to change so that no politician party or politician is tied to a business or or holds a position within businesses.
This would stop the conflict of interest that currently exists within the UK political system, it would also be needed to actually prosecute politicians with jail time if needed instead of giving them a fine that is pocket change to them or letting them off with a slap on the wrist.
It is not just the political system that is corrupt within the UK but the courts are also corrupt, they mostly side with business or what is in the interest of local treasuries but it does not stop there, the police are also corrupt and public proception is in decline not just because of the corruption within there institute but also because they are useless.
